• Processing Tickets in WHMCS Help Desk.

Job Context

Chostar Solutions is a Solutions Company (Managed Service Provider) that is looking to add to its family. We are looking for someone who is passionate about web hosting and customer service oriented.

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Agent with at least 2 years of experience to join our team due to expansion and growth.

This is an exciting time to join us while we go through this growth phase!

This role will be remote based and onsite at our office.

Experience Requirements

• Has an understanding of shared, reseller, vps and dedicated server hosting.
• At least 2 years of experience in the web hosting industry.
• Has experience with WHMCS and OpenVZ.
• Has a firm understanding of open source software such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc.
• Is able to quickly and efficiently handle web hosting related issues such as DNS, FTP, PHP-based errors, etc.
• Has a reliable high speed internet connection.
• Has a basic knowledge of HTML and PHP programming.
• Proven ability to work on own initiative
• Prior experience selling web products or services to small businesses.
